Talk of the town : Carbon neutrality

【明報專訊】Carbon neutrality (碳中和) refers to achieving relative “zero-carbon emissions” in a location. As mentioned in the Hong Kong government’s Climate Action Plan 2050, there is a target to reach carbon neutrality and net-zero electricity generation by 2050. Carbon neutrality helps limit the rise of the global temperature and reduce the damage caused by climate change.
