Talk of the town : “Beef jerky”

【明報專訊】In Hong Kong, drivers who park their cars illegally will receive a fixed penalty ticket, colloquially known as a “beef jerky” (牛肉乾) in Cantonese. The government is planning to digitalise penalty tickets in the third quarter of 2024.
